OFFICIAL RULES 

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AND WITHIN THE STATES OF ALABAMA, INDIANA, KENTUCKY, MICHIGAN, MISSOURI, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TENNESSEE WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

The Condado Patio Party Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Condado Tacos (“Condado” or “Sponsor”), 777 Goodale Blvd Suite 400 Columbus, Ohio 43212. 

ELIGIBILITY 

Open only to legal residents of and within the states of Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee who are 18 years of age and older as of June 3rd, 2024, excluding employees of Condado, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

HOW TO ENTER 

Beginning on June 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time through June 30, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time, post a video or picture on Instagram of you and your friends on a Condado Tacos’ patio and tag Condado’s Instagram handle (@condadotacos) and include your location by adding a location tag. You may enter the Contest as many times as you like throughout the window of eligibility. 

WINNER SELECTION  

A total of twenty-four (24) Winners will be selected from the eligible entries. There will be one (1) winner selected from within or near each of the following areas: 

Winners will be selected by a team of Condado employees made up of Condado’s Social Media Manager, Customer Experience and Brand Manager, Brand Ambassador, Chief Marketing Officer, and Manager of LSM. This team will judge each entry on the following criteria: 

• Did the entry include a picture or video from a Condado location, did the entrant tag the location and follow the Condado Instagram page.  
• How well does the entry celebrate Condado’s “Come As You Are” Spirit. 
• Photo/Video quality (for example lighting, perspective, color, sharpness, entertainment value, engaging, visually appealing, etc.) 
• How unique or original is the entry. 
• Other factors that the judging team identify in the entry that capture and embody the Condado brand and experience.  

Winners will be chosen on or about July 1, 2024, by Condado’s panel of experts from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message or Email on or about July 8, 2024, and will be required to sign and return a Statement of Eligibility and Release within three days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Condado. The potential winners will be asked to provide their personal information, such as their name, physical address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Condado shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Condado, which shall be final in all matters.  

PRIZES 

The prizes will consist of a patio party for the winner and up to 9 friends, food, beverages (not including alcohol), and staff gratuity (20%), up to $400 value, plus Condado swag, $100 value, total prize value: $500.  

Limit one prize per entrant. Excludes catering. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Condado reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded, subject to the terms of these Official Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Condado will award the applicable prize to another entrant selected by Condado’s panel of experts. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Condado. All prizes must be redeemed by August 31, 2024. Patio parties must be organized by marketing and restaurant management teams. 

PUBLICITY 

Except where and as may be prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes express permission by an entrant for Condado, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Condado, to use such entrant’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and/or state for advertising, trade, promotion, and publicity purposes in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without further notice, review or approval, permission, or compensation. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the Contest. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO, AND HOLD CONDADO HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Condado will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Contest; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Contest, Condado reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Contest in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

THE CONTEST AND THE PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

RELEASE OF INSTAGRAM 

By posting on Instagram or otherwise utilizing Instagram for purposes of an entry for the Contest, each entrant forever fully releases, holds harmless and discharges Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or otherwise connected to the Contest. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. 

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM 

Each entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Each entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio. 

PRIVACY 

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on: www.condadotacos.com/privacy-policy/.
