Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.  OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AND WITHIN THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

The Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes is sponsored by Condado Tacos (“Condado” or “Sponsor”), 1227 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43201. 

HOW TO ENTER

Beginning on September 25, 2024, at 10:00AM Eastern Time through October 18, 2024, at 11:59:59PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Phase”), you will receive one entry into the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes if you take the following actions:  

• Follow @CondadoTacos on Instagram 

• Like Condado’s Eras Tour Sweepstakes announcement post on Instagram 

• Share Condado’s Eras Tour Sweepstakes announcement post to your story on Instagram and include #Condado_Sweepstakes in the post. 

• Tag a “Swiftie” (or multiple “Swifties”!) in the post by adding their Instagram handle (you must be a follower of the account/handle you tag prior to the start date of the Entry Phase). 

 If you comply with the above requirements, you will receive one entry into the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes per tagged Instagram handle. 

Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.  

ELIGIBILITY 

Open only to legal residents of and within the United States who are 18 years of age and older as of September 25, 2024, except for employees of Condado, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The potential winner must sign an applicable Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release. 

DRAWING 

A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 21, 2024, by Condado to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on or about October 21, 2024, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release within three days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Condado.  The winner will be asked to provide personal information, such as the winner’s name, physical address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Condado shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Condado, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of the prize also constitutes permission to Condado to use the winner’s name, image, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information, and address (city and state) to include in a winners list and for marketing purposes to promote future promotions without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply. 

THE PRIZE 

The prize will consist of two tickets to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert on November 2, 2024 in Indianapolis, IN (approximate retail value of $270 per ticket) 

 Total prize value: $640. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize (e.g., travel, lodging, food, and other expenses required to attend the concert are not included). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Condado reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be awarded subject to the terms of these Official Rules. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winner. Condado may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Condado will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.  All prize details are at the sole discretion of Condado.   

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

BY ENTERING THE CONDADO ERAS TOUR SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO, AND HOLD CONDADO HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE CONDADO ERAS TOUR SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Condado will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or general unresponsiveness; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes, Condado reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, a winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.  

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

THE CONDADO ERAS TOUR SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

RELEASE OF CONDADO + OTHERS 

Each entrant forever fully releases, holds harmless and discharges Condado from any and all liability arising out of or otherwise connected to entrant’s attendance at the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert 2024.  By posting on Instagram or otherwise utilizing Instagram for purposes of an entry for the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes, each entrant forever fully releases, holds harmless and discharges Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or otherwise connected to the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Condado Eras Tour Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Taylor Swift, The Taylor Swift Eras Tour, or StubHub.  

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM 

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio.

WINNER LIST + OFFICIAL RULES 

For the name of the prize winner, available after October 28, 2024, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Condado. For Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Condado by October 1, 2024.
