OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT
WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO
LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AND WITHIN THE STATES OF INDIANA, KENTUCKY,
MICHIGAN, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, AND TENNESSEE WHO ARE AT LEAST
EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The Condado Bonnaroo Sweepstakes is sponsored by Condado Tacos (“Condado” or
“Sponsor”), 34 West Gay St., Suite 200 Columbus, Ohio 43215.

HOW TO ENTER

Beginning on March 15, 2022 at 12:00 AM (Midnight) Eastern Time through April 15, 2022 at
11:59PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Phase”), you will receive one entry into the Bonnaroo
Sweepstakes if you download the Condado Tacos app, take a brief survey, and enroll in Condado
Rewards. Existing Condado Rewards members may opt-in by navigating to the “News” section
within the app and accessing and taking a brief survey. You will be eligible to receive one bonus
entry (maximum of one per day) into the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes for making a qualifying
purchase through the Condado Tacos app, or redeeming a qualifying purchase from a Condado
restaurant with a receipt, during the Entry Phase, or by going to
condadotacos.com/roo-form and following the on-screen entry instructions during
the Entry Phase (if you fulfill the requirements). Fill in all required information, including
without limitation: first and last name, email address, home address, phone number, birthday and
opt-in to receive promotional emails from Condado. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed,
or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries
and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple
email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of and within the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, and Tennessee who are 18 years of age and older as of March 1, 2022, except for
employees of Condado, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same
household. The Plus One (as defined below) is subject to the same eligibility requirements as
entrants. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The following purchases will not result in
an entry into and are excluded from the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes: catering purchases, alcohol
purchases, and gift card purchases. The potential winner and the potential winner’s Plus One
must each sign an applicable Affidavit of Eligibility and Release.

DRAWING

A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 25, 2022 by Condado to select the winner
from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries
received. The potential winner will be notified by email on or about April 29, 2022 and will be
required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within three days of the date
notice is sent or such other date set by Condado. The individual the winner elects to accompany
the winner to the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival as the winner’s plus one (the “Plus One”) will
also be required to sign and return and Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days
from the winner signing its Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. The winner and the winner’s
Plus One will be asked to provide personal information, such as the winner’s name, physical
address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official
Rules. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize
and Condado shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any
prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner
may be selected. By entering the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these
Official Rules and the decisions of Condado, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of
the prize also constitutes permission to Condado to use the winner’s name, image, photograph,
likeness, statements, voice, biographical information, and address (city and state) to include in a
winners list and for marketing purposes to promote future promotions without further
compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

THE PRIZE

The prize will consist of the following:
- Two “Platinum” 4-day tickets to the Bonnaroo Music & Art Festival, June 16-19, 2022 in
Manchester, Tennessee (value of $7984.90)
- First class airfare for two to an airport near Manchester, Tennessee (up to $3000 total,
airfare booking/reservations are the responsibility of the winner and Plus One)
- Shuttle service to and from airport (value of approximately $$140)
- Catered Condado for two (value of approximately $$100)
No alcohol will be provided as a part of the Prize. Total prize value: $11,224.90. One (1) prize
will be awarded. The prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No
substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Condado reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be awarded subject to the terms of these Official
Rules. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Condado will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winner and Plus One. If a potential winner
is disqualified for any reason, Condado will award the prize to an alternate winner by random
drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be
held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All prize details are at the sole discretion of
Condado.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE BONNAROO SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO,
AND HOLD CONDADO HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE
(INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR
EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE BONNAROO SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE,
USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Condado
will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive
prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’
provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or
software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate,
incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by
any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes; by
any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes;
or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration
of the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is
such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Bonnaroo
Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of
the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes, Condado reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify
the Bonnaroo Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, a
winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the
event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared
made by the name on the online entry form.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE BONNAROO SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RELEASE OF CONDADO
Entrant forever fully releases, holds harmless and discharges Condado from any and all liability
arising out of or otherwise connected to Entrant’s attendance at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts
Festival 2022. Entrant’s Plus One shall be required to sign the Plus One Affidavit of Eligibility
and Release, which will also include this release of Condado.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official
Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect
to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action,
or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be
brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio.

WINNER LIST + OFFICIAL RULES
For the name of the prize winner, available after July 1, 2022, send a self-addressed, stamped
#10 envelope to Condado. For Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to
Condado by March 8, 2022.
