Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Condado Tacos, its affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
The contest begins on February 10th at 12:00 am and ends on March 2nd at 11:59 pm. Entries submitted outside of the contest period will not be eligible.
To enter, participants must submit a guess identifying the flavor of the Mystery Margarita during the contest period using the method provided by Condado Tacos. No purchase is required to enter. Participants do not need to taste or consume an alcoholic beverage to submit a guess. Alternative entry methods will be provided upon request. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Up to five winners will be selected based on correct guesses or closest guesses, as determined by Condado Tacos in its sole discretion. Prize details will be disclosed at the time of the contest. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Condado Tacos reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners will be selected after the contest period ends and notified via the contact information provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Condado Tacos, which are final. Condado Tacos reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Condado Tacos is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may interfere with participation.
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Condado Tacos’ privacy practices.
The contest is sponsored by Condado Tacos. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms unless explicitly stated. This contest is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Missouri.
In compliance with state alcohol control laws, alcohol is not required for entry, participation, or winning. The act of guessing a flavor does not require the tasting or purchase of an alcoholic beverage. Any references to a “Mystery Margarita” are descriptive only.
Alcoholic beverages will not be awarded as prizes in states or circumstances where prohibited by law. If a prize includes a food, beverage, or promotional item, a non-alcoholic or non-beverage substitute of equal or greater value may be provided at Sponsor’s discretion.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter, regardless of whether alcohol is consumed. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age prior to awarding any prize.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the accuracy of guesses submitted.

This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the participating Condado Tacos location is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
